CAREER TIMELINE 

2018 - 2019 

 

Currently working on a   series titled - View from the flight deck  - which takes its inspiration from the many flights taken over this wild and beautiful part of New Zealand giving a new perspective to the landscape view .

 

Artwork into the Waimumu Exhibition, Riverton Arts Centre, Queenstown, Riverton and Otautau Galleries . Artwork submitted for consideration to the Chelsea Gallery New York     

 

Nov 2017 - Return to New Zealand 

Studio established in Southland .  

Drawing Workshops for local artists  -

Release range of Steampunk Inspired Art Blocks 

 

2014 - Nov 2017

 

Create exhibtion opportunites and experiences for students 

 

Cover KS5 Art Lessons with a fous on Gifted and Talented Art students 

 

Travel and support senior students on Paris cultural tour 

 

Travel and support mixed age students for cultural tour to Barcelona , Spain 

 

Arrange student participation of bepsoke artwork for Musical Score.   Historical writing and Poetry 

 

Attend Lino Cut, Collage and Screen Printing Courses 

 

Develop and Deliver bespoke Monuments Workshops and Drawing Masterclasses   

 

Display student work around Academy and Departmental Gallery display area

 

Manage all Art Department Resources , including Cameras, equipment and Kiln 

 

Continue to create and apply large decorative mural effects at the Academy to further enrich the Learning Environment 

 

Two week Summer School Teaching , model making, and mural projects for 80 students

 

Cover teaching expanded to include KS 3 and KS 5 art students -

 

Invitation to contribute to the Montagu Monuments Heritage Interpretation Panel for the Conservation Project of the Montagu Monuments.

 

Travel to Cassino Italy with The Artwork of Remembrance titled Boy becomes Man becomes Memory.

 

Creation of Wall wraps/ decoration for the new school Building

 

2013 - UK

 

Position at Kettering Buccleuch Academy expanded to Environmental Artistic Technician

Oil painting of Boughton House gifted to the Duke of Buccleuch

Atttend day course on mono printing and Japenese Fish printing techniques 

Work completed on the first of the Red Kite Paintings .

Further development of the 'Whisper series' of tree studies
